Technology enabled communication services have certainly been "non-optional" for the past several years. These services are ingrained in the day to day activities of each faculty, staff, and student at Emory. From legacy or traditional services such as voice mail or radio services to more current collaborative integrated platforms such as Unified Messaging, these services provide the core and mission critical ability to effectively and reliably communicate.
