Faculty and Researchers are provided a wide range of Information Technology resources and tools. From academic lab and classroom instructional support, library systems, to online instruction tools. Some products & services are provided by their specific school and/or department, others are provided centrally by Emory's Academic and Administrative Information Technology Division (AAIT).
AAIT sponsors the annual EduCATE Conference, a forum on innovative teaching with technology. AAIT also promotes an annual Technology Fair, lectures by noted IT professionals, and other IT-related events of interest to teaching & research professionals.

- Blackboard is Emory's central online course management system. Faculty may choose to supplement their in-class Emory experience with digital content; documents, audio files, video files, and animation can all be incorporated into an online class structure and the class material can be offered over the campus network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Blackboard is supported through Emory's Center of Interactive Teaching (ECIT). ECIT provides support and facilities to assist Emory faculty with incorporating multimedia technologies into their teaching. ECIT hosts a Lunch and Learn series where Emory faculty and graduate students gather for an hour of instruction, collaboration and exchange of experiences and ideas regarding the use of technology as part of teaching. Additionally, ECIT offers more targeted Digital Literacy session for a more in-depth and hands-on approach to technology.
- Videoconferencing is available to faculty for the purpose of live communication and collaboration with other universities and research facilities throughout the world. ECIT hosts two videoconference rooms which are equipped with computer access, VHS, DVD/CD, document cameras, Emory TV, Smartboards, and state of the art surround sound.
- LearnLink is Emory's campus-wide online community resource. LearnLink integrates a variety of tools and services, including: Email, Course Materials & Discussion Groups, Student Groups & Activities, Campus Announcements, and Calendars.
