A list of links to logins to Electronic Services. All of these links will allow you to login via the web to an Emory University UTS system or service.
Email Logins and Email-related Tools
Emory Eagle Webmail is a web interface to access Eagle email. Eagle email can also be accessed using almost any email client software using an IMAP protocol, such as Eudora, Netscape Messenger, Outlook or Outlook Express. The POP (or POP3) protocol is also provided, but it is not supported by UTS.
Emory Enterprise Exchange 2007 email and Calendaring
This system is compatible with the Outlook and Entourage email clients. It is NOT pop or IMAP compatible as the current Eagle system is.
Note: Forwarding of Exchange email is completely managed by the Exchange email administrators and is generally not allowed for security purposes.
Emory Archive System for Emory Enterprise Exchange 2007 is the archive solution for Exchange 2007 email. For archived email access, follow the login directions on the login page.
Note:Emory University logins must be preceded by "EMORYUNIVAD\". Emory Healthcare logins must be preceded by "EUH\".
Postini Anti-Spam System is available to current Emory University Faculty, Staff, and Students. This replaces the old bulk Spam system that was an opt-in service. Postini allows customers to manage their own anti-spam settings including adding email addresses and domains to whitelists and blacklists. Postini is automatically enabled for current members of the Emory University community.
Note: People not actually employed by the University (including Emory retirees and sponsored accounts) are not eligible to access the Postini Spam system.
ENID Is the Emory Network IDentity system is where you can set up an intuitive email address from a pre-chosen selection of aliases or select a different one if needed. You can also select the "reply to" address used in Exchange here. For more information go to Guidelines: Email Names and Addresses in Directories
Emory Eagle Away (Vacation) Message Service is a tool to set up your Eagle email to auto-respond to incoming email messages. It can be used when on vacation or under any circumstances where you want an automatic response sent to someone. It will respond once to each sender per week. This link does NOT function with Exchange email.
Note: LearnLink away messages must be configured from within LearnLink.
Emory Eagle Auto-forwarding Service is an auto-forward utility for Eagle email to forward to another email account. It can also be set up to retain a copy on Eagle as well as send a copy to another account (requires you to maintain both accounts to keep them clean).
Note: This forwarding system is for Eagle email users only. Forwarding of Exchange email is completely managed by the Exchange email administrators and is generally not allowed for security purposes.
Note: LearnLink email forwarding must be configured from within LearnLink.
PEACH (Preferred Email Address Change Handler) Form is where you can change the email address that is published in the Emory Directory. It does NOT make any other changes.
LearnLink and Blackboard Logins
LearnLink via the web is the web interface for LearnLink. You can login here to LearnLink or download the LearnLink (First Class) client software on the Emory Software server.
Blackboard is a course and organization management system that makes the creation, organization, and management of course content on the web relatively simple. Blackboard can be accessed through a web browser from any computer with Internet access.
General Logins and Other Online Tools
Emory Software Express is where you can download and install Emory site licensed software. This includes Endnote, the Symantec Anti virus program, LearnLink and other programs licensed for general distribution for Emory personnel.
Note: People not actually employed by the University (including Emory retirees and sponsored accounts) are not eligible to use or access the Software Express.
Initial Password and login ID retrieval is a page to get your initial Network ID and password. It only works for first time ID and initial password retrieval and your ID must be less than 90 days old. If you are unable to get your initial ID and password here, you must call the IT HelpDesk at 404-727-7777 (7-7777 on campus).
Network ID Password Maintenance will allow you to change/reset your current network ID password and associated logins (Eagle email, Exchange email, Vacation (away) message, Email forwarding, LearnLink, Disclosure form, Webdrive, Financial web pages, HR Benefits and Payroll, OPUS).
IT HelpDesk is a way to submit a request for assistance that is not a pressing issue or emergency. These requests are answered during regular business hours. It is also where you login to submit requests for accounts not automatically issued as an Emory employee. This includes Sponsored Accounts for non-Emory people needing access to Emory services, and LearnLink accounts for Faculty, Staff, and Students who are not assigned an account automatically.
To request to sponsor an account, use the Help Desk request form. Only current, full-time Emory University personnel can sponsor accounts at the University.
Sponsorship renewals (for a currently sponsored account) can go here to renew a currently sponsored account.
Online Pathway for University Students (OPUS) is where Emory students can login to register for classes, drop/add classes, check financial aid information, get unofficial transcripts. Current Emory students and employees can access OPUS with their current ID and password.
Note: Student alumni need to contact the OPUS administrators (opushelp@emory.edu) for access assistance.
Human Resources Peoplesoft Modules is the login for Emory employees checking benefits, payroll information, and editing some limited personal information as it exists in the records at the University.
Webdrive is the web filesharing space for all Emory University personnel. Go here for information and login access to Webdrive.
Data and Telephone Request Form is the place to request new jack activation for phones and data. It is also where you request to have phones transferred from one person to another. You also request new telephone hardware here and make voicemail requests.
Institutional Review Board website is where you can get information on the oversight committee charged with assuring, both in advance and by periodic review, that appropriate steps are taken to protect the rights and welfare of humans participating as subjects in approved research studies.
F5 Firepass is the latest VPN application for remote access to restricted systems and services. It is compatable with all Mac and Windows operating systems.
eResearch Login is for Emory's web-based system for submission, approval, management and tracking of research protocols and related information.
