Non-critical Computing Support

Support is available for non-critical computing questions including but not limited to: LearnLink, Eagle Email, Wireless (EmoryUnplugged), MeetingMaker, network account troubleshooting, Webdrive and assistance with configuring Symantec Antivirus.

Telephone support is available from the IT HelpDesk for password resets, emergency computing support, and to report service outages.
