Request a public collection | Request a course on iTunes U private*

1. Request public collection

  1. Go to help.emory.edu and enter your Emory Network ID and password.
  2. Click "Request a Service" under "How can we help you?"
  3. Click "iTunes U: Public Collection Request" under "Learning Management".
  4. Complete all required fields on form, click "Add to cart" and then "Proceed to Checkout".  
  5. A confirmation page will be displayed with an estimated time of completion.
  6. If you'd like to check on the progress of your request, you may return to help.emory.edu, login, and view "My Open Tickets"

After you submit the form, your request will be forwarded to the iTunes U administration team.
Once created, you will receive an email for the iTunes U admin with login and editing information.

2. Create your album art

You may create your own artwork, using the required templates, found here, or you may submit your artwork or text to the branding team for creation. All artwork must be submitted to "itunesu-art@emory" for approval.

3. Add intros and exits to your audio and video files.

Each track must include the approved Emory-branded intro and exit.

Make certain you have signed release forms from all speakers. Fax to Office of Communications (404-727-3750).

5. Upload to iTunes U : Login to edit your album at itunes.emory.edu/owner.


Request a private iTunes U Course

* Emory on iTunes U (Exclusively Emory) will be permanently retired and all data deleted on December 16, 2014. Information regarding other delivery options and downloading and archiving materials, can be found here. Fall 2014 is the last semester materials will be available to faculty and students and the last semester for new album requests.

To request a private iTunes U course, please email classes@emory.edu. Be sure to include the Blackboard course ID and the instructor's name in your request.
