Scheduled Maintenance/Change Freeze Dates
Office of Information Technology (OIT) reserves the following dates to perform routine maintenance and upgrades to enterprise systems.
The standard outage begins at 6:00 PM on Saturday and is completed by 6:00 AM on Sunday (twelve hours later).

Upcoming Freeze Dates:
- Thanksgiving: Wednesday, November 27 - Sunday, December 1
- End of Year Freeze: Monday, December 16 - Thursday, January 2
Change Freeze Details
During the Change Freeze, Changes to production environments are restricted to ensure our services and applications remain stable and available.
Changes should be submitted in enough time to implement the change before the freeze date.
The Change Advisory Board will not meet during the change freeze period
Change Freeze Exceptions
- Emergency changes, changes implemented to resolve a major incident should still be submitted for eCAB review
- Urgent changes, changes that need to be implemented to avoid a service disruption should still be submitted. The OIT Service Management On-Call Resource will obtain cab approvals to proceed the change to Scheduled
