They're Back! UTS welcomes new and returning students!

Sixty enthusiastic UTS staff worked during the Back-to-School weekend, resolving students' IT issues and ensuring smooth connectivity of student computers to the Emory network.

Students should contact the Service Desk at 404-727-7777 or via the web at www.help.emory.edu for computer, network, and voice service assistance.

Service Desk hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Limited support is available after hours, on weekends, and on holidays.

Requests are reviewed Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
