Dana Haggas - New UTS Director
This is Dana Haggas...the new Director for UTS Enterprise Applications.
On Monday, August 1st, Dana Haggas became the new Director for Enterprise Applications in UTS. Dana's selection followed a long period as the interim Director, during which she brilliantly handled the transition from manager to director and quickly learned about the intricacies of the many non-Peoplesoft services and the complexities of data warehousing and business intelligence.
A Georgia native and UGA graduate, Dana began her career in IT working for the University of Georgia on a National Institutes of Health grant in Seattle, WA. After 7 years, she returned to Atlanta in 1996. Working with National Linen Service, she received her first exposure to PeopleSoft in an application developer role.
In 1999, Dana joined PeopleSoft HR at Emory to assist with their first upgrade after implementation. In 2005, she was promoted to Manager of the PeopleSoft HR team and later managed the PeopleSoft SA team as well.
