Dan Hoke

Senior Desktop Consultant

Photo of Dan HokeDan is happy to join the UTS team where he provides computer support to the staff of Finance and Administration. He joined Emory in 1999 and spent 9 1/2 years providing IT support for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. “I've really enjoyed my time at Emory and I’m happy to have found another position within the organization.”

Originally from Alabama, Dan has been in Atlanta for almost 15 years. “Atlanta is a great city. I love that there is always something going on and I love all the great restaurants.” In addition to dining out, Dan enjoys reading and photography.

Mary Kinney

Manager of Coordinator Services

Photo of Mary KinneyMary comes to Emory from the Safeco Corporation. She has held several positions throughout her 18 years in the IT field, including Systems Analyst for desktop/telephony support, Lotus Notes Administrator, and Project and Systems Manager. Mary specializes in customer service and building relationships; she has contributed to the success of organizational projects, including developing standardized processes for the IT support organization. Mary studied Business Management and has continued her education by completing various technical and leadership development courses.

Mary has two children, Drew, who attends Georgia Tech, and Cristen, who attends Georgia State. In her spare time, Mary and her husband, Jeff, enjoy riding their Harley and spending time fishing on their boat.

Raul Pritchard

Network Communications Specialist

Photo of Raoul PritchardRaul’s twelve-year career in communications began in his native New York City, where he worked in central office installation around Manhattan. Atlanta's quality of life lured him south and he soon found a position at Emory in 1997. His main responsibilities include the customer-site installation and maintenance of voice and data services. Raul has been working on the install team for voice/data wiring in an effort to reduce the need for contractor labor.

Raul has two children, Austin, twelve, and Ciara, eight.

Danny Bridges

Applications Integrator, Peoplesoft

Photo of Dan BridgesDanny joined the Integration group to help support the current HR and SA PeopleSoft applications as well as the Project Compass PeopleSoft implementation. He previously worked as Technical Client Manager for Navisite, a hosting company that provided application support for PeopleSoft. While at Navisite, he garnered expertise through his management of eight different customer PeopleSoft environments.

Danny is a graduate of the University of Florida and a proud Gator fan. He has been married for seven years and has two boys, Danny “Deuce”, five, and Hunter, two.

Luciano Dalla Venezia

IT Service Transition Manager

Photo of Luciano Dalla VeneziaLuciano comes to Emory with a strong background in IT Service Management, with certifications in ITIL Foundations and ITIL Service Managers. After earning a BS in Computer Science from the University of The Witwatersrand in his native South Africa, Luciano began his career in service management, gaining experience with several companies. In 2007, he moved to Atlanta upon taking a consulting job with a U.S.-based firm. Through this position, he introduced and improved many aspects of ITIL for large corporations. Luciano is happy to be at Emory, where his initial focus involves improving our Change Management process, an ITIL-based process needed to efficiently and effectively introduce IT changes to the UTS environment. He will also be involved in implementing the Remedy Change Management Module.

Luciano loves his sports, especially soccer, and is married to his beautiful wife, Kim.

Trisha Wilson

Technical Project Manager, Sr.

Photo of Trisha WilsonTrisha is ecstatic to join the UTS Project Management Office team. As a Project Manager, she is responsible for ensuring better quality and consistency for on-time and on-budget project delivery. Trisha is a retired Air Force officer, specialized in Communication and Information. Her twenty-year military career enabled her to work on several IT systems and travel across the U.S. and to five continents. Her favorite military assignment was at the Pentagon where she helped lead a 25-person team through a $350M effort of relocating 650 people and 150+ systems to a new 24/7 command center. It was delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal operational impact.

Trisha enjoys working out, playing sports (volleyball, softball, and flag football), watching sports (especially tennis and football), and spending time with her family and friends.

Rose Etienne

Senior Secretary

Photo of Rose EtienneRose has served in the role of Senior Secretary since January 2008. She has recently become a permanent Emory employee and continues to work closely with Mollie Burrows in the Call Center/Service Desk. Rose was born in Brooklyn and raised in Stamford, CT. Prior to joining Emory, she spent six years in the travel industry. Her last position was Guest Specialist with Eos Airlines in Purchase, NY.

 Rose is fluent in English and Haitian Creole.
