The Rewards and Recognition committee is thrilled to share the list of recipients through April, 2009. We remind you that anyone in UTS can submit the name of a deserving staff member for recognition. You can either go through your manager or use the online nomination Nomination Form which can be found on the UTS Intranet.

Making the choice to highlight the constructive contributions in our division can have a direct impact on our working relationships and productivity; so congratulations to the recipients listed below and those that submitted their names. Keep up the great work!

Laser Awards: These recognize extraordinary efforts that impact the division or enterprise as a whole. These individuals have demonstrated their constant commitment to best practices and high standards of excellence through their work and attitude.

Spotlight Awards: These focus on a larger accomplishment or result. The recipients have exceeded expectations while reaching a goal or milestone, and/or have demonstrated high-quality support and attitude in resolving an issue.

Sunshine Awards: These are a big "pat on the back" for things like: staying late to help out a coworker; stepping in to help when a coworker may be sick or overwhelmed; going out of your way to boost morale or create a positive, inclusive work environment.
