Get Started

  1. Before you can use Zoom, you must install the Zoom software for your device. Start by going to the Zoom Download Center.
  2. Click here if you are a University user. Healthcare users click here for Zoom client instructions or here to request an account. (You will need to login to ServiceNow to gain access to the document)

It’s a good idea to install that software ahead of time so it doesn’t delay your first meeting.

Pricing information for Healthcare Accounts


The cost for an account is $162 per year, per user. This cost is a monthly charge of $13.50 and it includes a Zoom Pro license for the user with up to 200 participant capacity per meeting.  Additionally, at NO EXTRA COST Large Meeting 500 and Webinar 500 licenses can be added to the user’s account upon request.
