Microsoft Stream

Microsoft Stream is an Enterprise Video service where you can upload, view, and share videos securely. You can share recordings of classes, meetings, presentations, training sessions, or other videos that aid your team's collaboration.  Right now, videos can only be shared internally to Emory.  Microsoft will release changes in the future that may allow access to external users.

Access can be made via web client from the app launcher/waffle icon, mobile client, or Microsoft Teams.

Ways to record:

Teams:

Recordings made within Microsoft Teams are automatically stored in Stream.  The meeting organizer has full permissions around sharing. Meeting participants automatically have view access.

PowerPoint:

Inside of Office 365 Pro Plus PowerPoint and PowerPoint 2019 or newer, you may have the ability to record.  Follow these steps (with screenshots) to enable the recording ribbon:  Enable Recording in PowerPoint (Office 365 Pro Plus, 2019, and newer)
