SystemsAlumni/Development System - Maintenance and enhancement for Emory University's Institutional Advancement's Alumni/Development System. Blackboard - Emory's central online course management system. Euclid - Online catalog of holdings & collections, databases, eJOURNALS, Interlibrary loan access, and interactive patron functions. Insight - Software system for building, managing, & accessing digital media collections. Insight also provides tools for interacting with, presenting, and delivering digital media files for teaching and research. iTunes - iTunes U is an area of the Apple iTunes Store devoted entirely to Emory University-related content. PeopleSoft Student (OPUS) - Emory's online web-based student information system. Document Management - Technologies that encompass a wide range of hardware and software used to improve document storage efficiency, organization, and access. eResearch - Emory's online system for submission, approval, management and tracking of research protocols and related information. Financial Accounting System (FAS) - University-wide systems used to process transactions and access fiscal information. This includes Financial Accounting, Grants Management, Emory Travel, Payroll, Purchasing, and Human Resources. PeopleSoft HR - Online self-service access for human resources information. Purchasing - Maintenance and support for Emory University's purchasing and payment system. Resource 25 - Application used to schedule events and manage space resources and facilities. Data Warehouse - A collection of current and archived data from various university administrative source systems. Emory Shared Data - Integrated university data from various source systems, made up primarily of faculty, staff, and student demographic data and university facility information. LANDesk - LANDesk Management Suite is Emory's enterprise PC/Mac management tool. Remedy - Emory's enterprise IT Management solution for technical support professionals, which includes a full suite of IT management tools including call tracking and work orders. Self-Service Database - A self-service Oracle database is available for use by faculty, staff, and faculty sponsored clubs or organizations of Emory University.
