Email/Calendaring

Emory provides services for routing and reading email and for university-wide calendaring. With some exceptions, Emory University faculty and staff are automatically assigned Eagle Email as their primary email account (netid@emory.edu).

Students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the Law School, and the School of Nursing use Eagle Email as their primary email account.

Undergraduate students in Emory College of Arts and Sciences, the Theology School, the Medical School, Oxford College and Allied Health are automatically assigned LearnLink accounts (netid@learnlink.emory.edu).

Students in some schools may be issued departmental email accounts; for example, Goizeuta Business School (netid@bus.emory.edu). For questions about what services may be offered in your area, contact your school or department.

Eagle Mail : With certain exceptions, authorized university faculty, staff and students are automatically assigned Eagle Email as their primary email account (netid@emory.edu).

Email Alias : Emory faculty, staff, and students may establish an email address, known as an email alias, that has a professional and identifiable form, such as: John.Doe@emory.edu.

EmoryExchange : EmoryExchange provides Emory with a messaging (email and voice), calendaring, document sharing, and collaboration platform for both computing desktop and mobile environments.

LearnLink : Explore Emory's integrated online community system for faculty and students.

Listserv : An automated electronic mailing list, managed by a listserv program. Listservs are commonly used by discussion groups.

Spam Filtering : Spam filtering for Eagle email users.

Webmail : Access your email over the web via a browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari).
