Remedy : Emory's enterprise IT Management solution for technical support professionals, which includes a full suite of IT management tools including call tracking and work orders.

Self-Service Database : A self-service Oracle database is available for use by faculty, staff, and faculty sponsored clubs or organizations of Emory University.
