How do I schedule a point-to-point or multi-site videoconference?

If you are interested in using UTS's video conference facilities at Emory, follow the steps below to ensure proper coordination and service for your event.

1) Determine the date and time of your event, and gather information about the remote site(s).

2) Allow at least 2 weeks for new sites to be scheduled and tested. Allow 1 week for already tested sites to be scheduled. The MCU and ECIT room availability is NOT guaranteed so be flexible with your times and dates.

3)Make your request by filling out the Videoconference Request Form. Fill in as much information as possible and submit the form.

OR

Make your request by going to IT Support Request, logging in with your Emory NetID and password, and submitting your request. If you do not have an Emory NetID and password you can log in as a guest.

You will be contacted by UTS about your request.

5) If you need to cancel your event, please call 404-727-7656 OR 404-727-5233 as soon as possible to avoid cancellation charges.
