PeopleSoft SA's OPUS (Online Pathway to University Students) is Emory's online student information system. OPUS provides students with the ability to view the status of documents needed for application evaluation, view admission decisions, enroll for classes, view schedules and grades, order transcripts, pay your student account charges, view your current bills, view and accept financial aid and many more services.
Applicants who have completed and submitted an application will be granted access to OPUS. Please check with your respective school for more information.

Faculty and Staff:
Faculty and Staff who wish to obtain access to student data in OPUS should complete the

Alumni attending Emory after 2005 may use their OPUS access to order and pay for transcripts. If you need account assistance with accessing your account please contact OPUSHELP@listserv.cc.emory.edu.
Alumni attending Emory University between June 2000 and 2004 may have their OPUS accounts reactivated to order and pay for transcripts by contacting OPUSHELP@listserv.cc.emory.edu . Please provide your full name, the last home address we would have on record and the years you attended Emory.
Alumni who attended Emory University prior to June 2000 do not have an OPUS account and must submit a written request for transcripts along with pre-payment. For your convenience a printable request form is available. Please select the Transcript Request Form (in pdf format) using free Acrobat Reader. Requests should be mailed to 100 Boisfeuillet Jones Center, Atlanta, GA 30322.
Applicants and students have the ability to sponsor Guests in OPUS. The applicant or student determines what access a Guest has. The applicant or student is responsible for assisting his/her Guests with login ids, passwords and questions regarding OPUS data. Please contact your applicant or student sponsor if you are experiencing difficulties.
Occasionally UTS performs system maintenance resulting in downtime for the PeopleSoft applications. Typically this maintenance is performed within negotiated windows, arranged between Administrative Systems customers and UTS. Please see our currently scheduled maintenance windows.
