Access: With certain exceptions, Emory University faculty and staff are assigned Eagle Email accounts. Students in the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the Law School and the School of Nursing are assigned Eagle Email accounts as their primary email accounts.

Eagle Email (netid@emory.edu) is a university-wide system for routing and reading email that is administered by University Technology Services (UTS). See Getting Started for instructions on setting up an Eagle Email account.

Eagle Email is accessed by any IMAP4 compliant email application. UTS supports Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage and Apple Mail.

• Mailbox Storage Size Limit: Recommended no greater than 300MB.
  
• Attachments: If your message including attachments is larger than the recipient's email size limit, it will be rejected. The maximum file size limit for delivery of incoming Eagle Email is 5MB.
