- What is my Username and Password?
For Emory faculty, staff and students:Under username, enter your Network ID (netid) and password to login. These are the same username/password used for OPUS, PeopleSoft and Blackboard. All other users: Your username is your existing library ID number, as shown on your library card. No password is required. As an Emory faculty, staff and student you may need to sync your passwords at https://password.service.emory.edu/ if you are having difficulty logging in. Further help with passwords is available from UTS (404-727-7777) during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and limited hours on the weekend, or check their web site: http://it.emory.edu/showdoc.cfm?docid=1079

- Can I connect to EUCLID using EndNote?
EndNote is a bibliographic database, which has a collection of references from books. It allows you to store or search databases and libraries, insert the referencees into your paper and automatically format the bibliography in the paper. The newest version of EndNote connects to EUCLID, and to many other library catalogs, making it very easy to import records into EndNote libraries. - How do I connect to EUCLID on the Web?
EUCLID on the Web requires a web browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer,Netscape Navigator 6 or higher is recommended). EUCLID on the Web uses JavaScript, which earlier versions of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer do not support. You must configure your browser to enable JavaScript. - Why do I keep getting an error message, "Session has timed out. Please click OK to start a new WebCat session"?
Are you using a bookmark to access EUCLID? If so, do not; URL's within EUCLID on the Web are generated by a program, and they contain dynamic session information that cannot be bookmarked reliably. The recommended URL for EUCLID is: http://www.library.emory.edu/Second suggestion: Check your browser preferences, and make sure that caching is set to compare the page in your browser's cache with the page on the network every time.
