Emory Software Licensing is part of University Technology Services (UTS) and is responsible for investigating and negotiating site-wide and large volume software licenses.  

Software Licensing provides software contract management services, which include renewing software licenses soon enough to avoid loss of access and managing the term of licensed software. We work closely with the Software Distribution Center to communicate software use and distribution rights and responsibilities.  

Software Licensing serves the Emory Community for site-wide and large volume software licenses and serves UTS for designated software. In association with the Emory Legal Department we seek to satisfy Emory legal requirements for negotiated licenses.
