Self Service Password Change

UTS has a service that enables you to reset your network password if you've forgotten or lost your password for the following set of accounts:

- @emory.edu mail services (also known as Eagle Mail), including Webmail
- EMORYUNIVAD (Active Directory)
- LDAP directory entries which affect access to web applications such as finance.emory.edu and Netegrity.
- OPUS services for student information (https://www.opus.emory.edu)
- PS HR for faculty and staff (http://leo.cc.emory.edu)
- Dial up accounts for the Emory modem pool
- Virtual Private Network (VPN) accounts
- Software Server (software.emory.edu)
- Personal webpages (webdrive.service.emory.edu/users/netid)
- Timeshare (timeshare.service.emory.edu)
- Blackboard (classes.emory.edu) Blackboard is a learning and content system supporting academic courses and instruction.
- LearnLink (netid@learnlink.emory.edu)

This service requires that you enroll and, once enrolled, you can then reset your password if you lose or forget it.

Here's what you need in order to enroll:

1.  Your Network ID and password

2.  Answers known only by you to a defined set of questions. These answers will be stored securely and will be used in combination with other unique data elements to confirm your identity. Be sure your answers to the questions are ones you will easily remember!


Enroll for this service. You will need to know your netid and password in order to enroll in this service for the first time.
