Voice Mail: Overview

Emory currently offers two voicemail systems: Modular Messaging and Meridian Mail.

Modular Messaging will eventually be the enterprise wide standard for voicemail and voice messaging. Some of the benefits of the new system include:

  • Consolidation of emails and voicemails into a users email inbox
  • The ability to retrieve messages through a telephone, computer, or PDA.
  • The ability for users to change features and settings of their mailbox through Outlook, the telephone, or a web interface.
  • Ability to forward voicemails through email.
