Request UTS Service: move, add, disconnect or change phone, data, cable TV, trunked radio, paging and other network/phone services. Request computing support for non-critical desktop computing questions including but not limited to: LearnLink, Eagle Email, EmoryExchange, LISTSERV, network account troubleshooting, and assistance with configuring Symantec Antivirus. For password resets or emergency desktop computing support, telephone the IT Service Desk at 404-727-7777. Service Desk hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. Limited support is available after hours, on weekends, and on holidays. University Governance Project Request Project Requests must be submitted to the university governance process for information technology (IT) initiatives that anticipate work will be greater than 10 person-days or $20,000. The university governance process is used to manage and prioritize projects that intersect with administrative data or IT applications needs. It ensures that all IT initiatives are driven by the business needs of the entire Emory community. The process does not address individual work needs, such as requests for personal computer upgrades and is separate from the Emory unit/departmental budget process. |
