Spam Filtering: Getting Started

Activating the Service
The service is automatically activated for Emory University faculty, staff and student email accounts (with some exceptions). Once your account has been activated, you will receive a welcome email directing you to your message center.

Accessing Your Message Center
1. Enter the following URL into a web browser: https://enid.emory.edu/myaccount
2. When the login screen appears, enter your Emory Network ID and password.
3. The message center will appear in your web browser open to the Junk message window.

Logging/Timing Out
When you log out of the message center, or if you were logged in and the application timed out, open your message center by repeating the steps in Accessing your Message Center above.
