Following is a listing of Information Technology Products & Services for Emory University students. Not all IT-related services are available to all members of Emory's community. Please check with your department or school if your desired product and/or service isn't available.
- Communication Resources
- Email/Calendaring
- Eagle Mail - With certain exceptions, authorized university faculty, staff and students are automatically assigned Eagle Email as their primary email account (netid@emory.edu).
- Listserv - An automated electronic mailing list, managed by a listserv program. Listservs are commonly used by discussion groups.
- LearnLink - Explore Emory's integrated online community system for faculty and students.
- Webmail - Access your email over the web via a browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari).
- Meeting Maker - Emory's group scheduling and calendaring system for staff and faculty.
- Spam Filtering - Spam filtering for Eagle email users.
- Email Alias - Emory faculty, staff, and students may establish an email address, known as an email alias, that has a professional and identifiable form, such as: John.Doe@emory.edu.
- Data Networks
- Wireless - Emory's secure, encrypted and authenticated wireless service for faculty, physician, staff, students and official guests.
- Data Ports - Infrastructure to connect to Emory networks and Internet services includes the University Academic Network and the Emory Healthcare Network
- Remote Access - Options for users at remote locations to access Emory's data network include dial-up and using Virtual Private Network (VPN).
- Voice Services
- Conference Calls - Options for scheduling of conference bridges for conference calling.
- Emergency Phones - Emergency telephones, located across campus, provide a direct link to the Emory Police Department.
- Telephones: Students - Emory equips each residential hall room with a working telephone line. Long distance access codes, billable to the student's account, are provided upon request.
- Phone Directories - Emory phone directories, locators and other resources (some restricted to Emory-only access).

- Self-Service Database - A self-service Oracle database is available for use by faculty, staff, and faculty sponsored clubs or organizations of Emory University.

- eResearch - Emory's online system for submission, approval, management and tracking of research protocols and related information.
- Academic Systems
- Euclid - Online catalog of holdings & collections, databases, eJOURNALS, Interlibrary loan access, and interactive patron functions.
- Blackboard - Emory's central online course management system.
- PeopleSoft Student (OPUS) - Emory's online web-based student information system.
- Insight - Software system for building, managing, & accessing digital media collections. Insight also provides tools for interacting with, presenting, and delivering digital media files for teaching and research.
