Login Issues with Echo360

Occasionally, some students and instructors have trouble logging into Echo360. The best way to mitigate this is to:

  1. Visit the Echo360 website
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" button under the blue login button
  3. Enter your preferred Emory email address.  Wait about 5 minutes for an email invitation to arrive from Echo360.  
  4. Check your email's Junk folder for your invitation, and click the included link to finish creating your Echo360 profile.

Once you have completed the profile setup in item 4), you should be able to login via email address.  If you continue to have issues, please email videoservices@emory.edu .
