EaglePrint

EaglePrint is Emory's enterprise printing/copying/scanning service for both the Atlanta and Oxford campuses. Faxing is available at a few multi-function devices at Woodruff Main Library, Rollins School of Public Health, and the School of Nursing.

Get started: 2 ways to print!

1. Windows and Apple computers - install the EaglePrint software:

  • If you had installed EaglePrint before August 2023, uninstall the old client.
  • Log into EaglePrint then click "Download EaglePrint" on the side bar (note: must be connected to EmoryUnplugged or Emory VPN).
  • Download and install MobilityPrint client and log in with your Emory username and password when prompted.
  • Send your print job to the EaglePrint_BW or EaglePrint_Color queue
  • Swipe your EmoryCard at any EaglePrint station across campus to release your print job

2. Other computers and mobile devices with a web browser - upload to WebPrint:

  • Log on to WebPrint at eagleprint.emory.edu
  • Upload files and adjust your print options
  • Swipe your EmoryCard at any EaglePrint station across campus to release your print job
  • Option 1 is more reliable and convenient. If you print regularly we strongly recommend installing the EaglePrint software.

Good to know:

  • Only Eagle Dollars are accepted as payment.
  • Double-sided printing (duplex) is enabled by default, in support of Emory's sustainability initiatives. You can print single-sided by changing the print settings when submitting your print job.
  • Printers contain 'Letter' size paper (8.5"x11") only. You may send jobs with a different paper size, but you will need to provide your own paper using the manual feed tray on the printer.
  • Print jobs are held in the queue for 2 hours. Send a job now; print it later.
  • To report printing issues, visit any local service desk (libraries and academic buildings only) for immediate assistance or email eagleprint@emory.edu
  • You have a $5 print credit per semester. See more details here.
  • EaglePrint is only accessible on Emory's local network. This means you must be either on EmoryUnplugged, on a wired campus network connection, or using the VPN.
