Here you can find support options from all over campus, including our Student Technology Support team. Please read the selections and choose the one that best represents the area in which you need assistance. 

Student Technology Support if you need assistance with getting devices connected, virus removal, software operation, or similar topics, we are here to help. The Student Technology Support office will provide virtual support at this time with only scheduled appointments for support in person at Woodruff Library on Level 1.


After Hours Help after normal business hours.

Canvas Support is available for help with issues related to Canvas

Emory Card for help with your EmoryCard account or need to obtain a replacement EmoryCard.

Goizueta Business School for questions about the Business School Portal or software specific to a class provided by the Business School.

OPUS support should you need assistance with your OPUS account or a function inside the OPUS system.

OCIT (Oxford College IT) for students currently located at Oxford College who need technical support.

School of Medicine for inquiries and assistance with software or resources provided by the School of Medicine.

School of Public Health for inquiries and assistance with any SPH resources or your Citrix login for SPH.
