How to Get Help

There are a number of resources to help you move forward with AWS at Emory. Introductory training to the service and initial consultations are available to Emory groups and can be initiated through a Service Desk ticket or emailing to aws.help@emory.edu. Other avenues include reaching out to your local support or calling the University service desk at 404-727-7777.

Faculty member may also wish to engage OIT, a research core, or a consulting firm for additional help in configuring or managing a set of services to implement a particular storage, computing or development project on AWS. Please see this list of partners.

In addition, OIT hosts training sessions and is convening a Center of Excellence group for cloud computing. If you are interested, please sign up through this aws.help@emory.edu.
