Emory Healthcare password reset

We all forget

We all forget things from time to time: where we left our keys, what time is our appointment, or what is our password.   To accommodate this situation, Emory Healthcare has a feature in Virtual Desktop (VDT) that allows you to reset your password without calling the service desk.

Visit the Virtual Desktop webpage from the Healthcare network

Before resetting your password, be sure to log out of any Emory Healthcare applications, VDT, your workstation and any smartphone applications that use your Healthcare login.  If you have forgotten your Emory Healthcare password, go to the Virtual Desktop (VDT) webpage (https://mydesktop.emory.org) from a computer on the Emory Healthcare network and select “Click here for the Password Reset Tool”.  If you do not see this link, you are probably not connecting to the VDT from a computer on the Emory Healthcare network.
