E-SNUG Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create a culture that enables the definition and enforcement of recommended policies and procedures across the ServiceNow user community.
  • Create a process to ensure product backlog items are prioritized with cross-functional input.
  • Ensure that the process owners and managers are adhering to best practice and defined processes and procedures.
  • Make decisions on operational efficiencies, terminology, system usage, policies and procedures some of which require organizational input, feedback, and review. 
  • Ensure inclusive communication, actively share information, solicit ideas, and provide updates to the ServiceNow user community regarding the roadmap, timelines, successes, and challenges. 
  • Ensure all activities, decisions and work efforts are action oriented and outcome driven.
