Note: We cannot assist you with changing your password, or other password related problems. Please call the University Service Desk at 404-727-7777 or the Healthcare Service Desk at 404-778-HELP for assistance with password issues.
All security incidents should be reported to the security team immediately. Security incidents include but are not limited to:
- Hacks and attempted hacks
- Theft of data
- Viruses/worms
- Spam

IT Security Standards and Guidelines
The IT Security Team is always available to review Emory's IT-related policies, state and federal laws with security requirements, as well as general IT security standards, guidelines, and best practices.
