Student Services 2010-11 Stats of Interest

There are 13,381 Graduate and Undergrad students enrolled at Emory this year. Following are some IT-related statistics on how our students are using our services.
- Total student visits to the Student Computing Center since classes started: 70,033 (Fall 2009 it was 60,811)
- Total student visits to the Student Computer Support Clean Room: 1,875 (Fall 2009 it was 1,411)
- Total logins to all Student Services managed computers: 70,599
- Dual-boot OS preferences: 70% Mac, 30% Windows
- Top applications used: Web Browser (Firefox, Safari, IE in that order), LearnLink, then Microsoft Word
- Total pages printed across the campus using Student Printing (Pharos): 1,105,842
- Total double-sided pages printed: 389,515 (saving an estimated 5 trees!)
- Number of unique student organizations and study groups utilizing Cox Classrooms this semester: 94
