Service Catalog

The Service Catalog (SC) is the only part of the ITIL Service Portfolio published to Customers, and is used to support the sale and delivery of IT Services. The Service Catalog includes information about deliverables, prices, contact points, ordering and request Processes.

The purpose of Service Catalog Management process is to provide and maintain a single source of consistent information on all operational services and to ensure that it is widely available to those who are authorized to access it.
