Important Notice to all UTS Customers: As part of a recent reorganization, many UTS employees will be relocating their offices

During the week of January 5th, 2009, many UTS employees will be moving their offices to new building locations around campus. No scheduled production operations should be impacted, but we ask your consideration, especially on January 7th, when the bulk of the moves will occur.

Should any emergencies arise that require the attention of UTS, employees will be available to triage and troubleshoot any service related emergencies. Normal service calls will continue to be addressed by the help desk (7-7777) and forwarded using normal procedures, but there may be periods when service technicians and installers are unavailable while these moves are occurring.
